After completing his studies, he gained experience in corporate banking, sales, and accounting. Since 2012, he has worked as an entrepreneur and CFO, supporting business owners and management teams in building efficient financial and organizational processes. At TaxCoach, he is responsible for designing and optimizing processes, selecting key employees, and identifying so-called bottlenecks. By combining CFO expertise, project management knowledge, and ERP system configuration skills, he continuously improves the quality and efficiency of accounting departments by implementing and optimizing controlling processes.

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of TaxCoach accounting firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Commodity Science from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and an Engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from Poznań University of Technology.

After completing his studies, he gained experience as a consultant and implementation specialist in quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and also worked as an auditor of such systems in companies and local government institutions. He also served as the Rector’s Representative for Quality of Education and Business Relations at a higher education institution. For many years, he has successfully supported the SME sector by providing comprehensive accounting services and business advisory. At TaxCoach, he is responsible for developing the company’s operational strategy, optimizing processes, and scaling services to meet the dynamically changing needs of the market.

With a career in the digital industry spanning over two decades, starting in 2003, his professional journey began in graphic design, web design and development before expanding into team leadership and digital product management.

Over time, the focus shifted towards branding, marketing technology, marketing operations and B2B marketing, alongside experience in rebranding initiatives and market expansion. At TaxCoach, his role centres on shaping marketing strategy and strengthening the connection between marketing and sales. Combining creative, technological and business expertise, the focus is on leveraging data, automation and AI to optimise processes, improve performance and enable better business decisions. Curious by nature, with a passion for languages, travel and understanding how things work. Always keen to explore, take things apart, figure out what makes them tick and find ways to make them better.

Business analytics expert specializing in data management, digital transformation, and the optimization of operational processes.

He works with advanced tools such as SQL, UiPath for process automation, Power BI, PowerApps, and Comarch systems. He combined his education at the European Business School with practical experience gained in roles such as Process Optimization Specialist and IT Department Manager, developing a unique skill set that combines business thinking with technological expertise. His passion for automation and innovation drives his continuous search for solutions that help companies operate more efficiently and make better strategic decisions.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and WSB Merito University in Poznań. She has many years of experience working with accounting and project teams, including over 20 years of experience in team management, also leading teams distributed across Poland.

She has been working at TaxCoach since May 2025. She currently holds a specialist role that requires close cooperation with project teams, team leaders, specialists, and employees from various departments across the organization. Her work focuses on analyzing, documenting, and organizing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that support more efficient business operations. She specializes in process management, defining performance indicators, identifying inefficiencies in workflows, implementing new software and applications, and preparing process documentation. She values the opportunity to take a creative approach to organizing the company, as process-oriented work allows her to understand the organization from the inside and connect its different areas into one coherent structure. Throughout her career, she has delivered numerous projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency. At her previous company, she implemented an employee initiative program that enabled staff to submit improvement ideas. As a Project Manager, she was also responsible for implementing a Salesforce-based CRM system. At TaxCoach, she has contributed to documenting 10 processes, co-created a training program for team leaders, prepared e-learning courses for the company platform, and participates in developing the sales and customer service process for tax advisory services within the HubSpot CRM system. In her daily work, she particularly values teamwork, knowledge sharing, and the opportunity to develop solutions that emerge from combining the perspectives and expertise of people from different areas of the organization.

Her approach to finance and everyday work is shaped by a unique combination of skills and experience. She is a graduate of the University of Szczecin and the West Pomeranian University of Technology, where she gained a strong engineering background in economics, quality management, and production management. She further developed this analytical foundation with expert financial knowledge, completing a two-level certification program at the Accountants Association in Poland and earning the title of Accounting Specialist. On a daily basis, she leads a talented accounting team. Her work focuses primarily on supporting related entities, optimizing processes, and implementing modern improvements that deliver tangible value to clients. As a leader, she particularly values working with ambitious people, continuous personal and professional development, and building long-term relationships based on trust, which she sees as a key foundation for shared success. Her outlook is also shaped by her personal passions. Her interest in interior architecture and art inspires her to seek harmony and unconventional solutions, while travel and discovering new cultures continually broaden her perspective and open up new opportunities for growth.

At TaxCoach, she serves as the VAT Compliance Team Leader, responsible for organizing the team’s work and ensuring the efficient handling of VAT settlement processes. In her role, she combines operational expertise with a strong focus on improving day-to-day workflows and enhancing the quality of client service.

On a daily basis, she is responsible for communicating and building relationships with international partners, ensuring effective communication and a smooth flow of information. She supports processes related to serving clients operating in international markets, where timeliness, precision, and strong coordination are particularly important. She actively seeks and implements solutions that help automate work and improve internal processes. In this way, she contributes to the development of a more efficient service model, resulting in better team organization and a higher quality of client cooperation. She is interested in new technologies and continuously follows solutions that can support organizational development, process automation, and a modern approach to client service.

Sales Team Leader with over 16 years of experience in customer service, sales, and building long-term business relationships. Throughout her career, she has delivered projects for individual, institutional, and business clients, gaining extensive experience in working with diverse customer groups and various cooperation models.

At TaxCoach, she is responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing the team, and maintaining relationships with key clients. In her daily work, she combines sales expertise with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which translates into a high standard of client service and an effective alignment of the company’s offering with clients’ needs. She specializes in identifying client needs, building relationships at different levels of an organization, and coordinating projects that require efficient communication and strong organizational skills. An important part of her role is also developing the team’s competencies and supporting high standards of professional client service. She has completed international development programs in business management, identifying and designing training needs, delivering and evaluating training programs, as well as personal and professional development. She is interested in art, psychology, and coaching, which support her creativity and help her better understand the needs of both clients and her team.

An experienced expert in HR and payroll process management, combining specialist knowledge with strong managerial skills.

In her daily work, she is responsible for coordinating a team of specialists, optimizing processes through the implementation of modern technological solutions, and ensuring smooth communication between the HR and payroll department, other TaxCoach teams, and external institutions. She provides comprehensive HR and payroll services, including payroll calculation, benefits settlement, employee documentation management, and the preparation of declarations for public institutions. She oversees the digitalization of HR and payroll processes, ensures that procedures remain compliant with current regulations, and maintains the highest standard of service for TaxCoach clients.

She has been working in the accounting industry for 10 years. She has been with TaxCoach for over 4 years, serving as an Accounting Team Leader. In her daily work, she is responsible for providing comprehensive client service and organizing the work of a team that handles both full accounting books and simplified accounting records.

Together with her team, she supports clients from a wide range of industries, with particular focus on e-commerce, service businesses, and taxi operators working through platforms such as Uber, Bolt, and FreeNow. She specializes primarily in maintaining accounting books and providing ongoing support to clients in accounting and tax matters. She provides comprehensive services to business entities, from verifying accounting documents and preparing tax returns to completing annual PIT and CIT settlements and financial statements. She also prepares additional reports tailored to individual arrangements and client needs. She graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Poznań School of Banking, now WSB Merito University. She holds an Accounting Specialist certificate issued by the Accountants Association in Poland. She regularly develops her professional skills by participating in internal TaxCoach training sessions, webinars, and by following current tax interpretations and industry publications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, gardening, and baking cakes and desserts.

He graduated in Accounting and Taxation with a specialization in Tax Advisory from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and the Wrocław University of Economics and Business.

He is currently preparing for the examinations required to become a Tax Advisor. Since May 2023, he has been responsible for the accounting of one of the first three family foundations registered in Poland, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in their accounting and tax matters. In his work, he combines in-depth knowledge of regulations with a practical approach and individualized client support, helping family foundations maintain full legal compliance while achieving financial efficiency.

She has been working in the accounting industry for over 30 years. During this time, she has gained experience in various roles, providing comprehensive support to companies in both day-to-day accounting and annual settlements, tax declarations, financial statements, and reports prepared for institutions and clients.

She has been working at TaxCoach for 6 years as an Accounting Team Leader. Together with her team, she supports clients from a wide range of industries, including construction, e-commerce, measurement services, the defense sector, beauty services, and taxi businesses operating through platforms such as Uber, Bolt, and FreeNow. She specializes in maintaining full accounting books as well as simplified forms of accounting. In her daily work, she supports clients in resolving ongoing accounting, tax, and social security matters, while ensuring the accuracy of settlements and smooth communication. She holds an accounting certificate issued by the Economic Society. She regularly develops her professional skills by participating in internal TaxCoach training sessions and keeping up to date with changes in tax and accounting regulations. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading books, and taking walks in the forest with her pet.

Over the course of a career spanning more than 20 years, he has gained professional experience in publicly listed companies and large industry-leading organizations, including Impexmetal SA, Neuca, Piotr i Paweł, and Kaczmarek Electric, serving as Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, and President of the Management Board.

Thanks to this extensive experience, he is able to navigate the financial matters of businesses efficiently, regardless of their industry or legal form. He has designed and implemented systems including production cost accounting within ERP-class systems, electronic workflows for accounting documents, and reporting in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). A lecturer and former board member of the Accountants Association in Poland, he currently supports TaxCoach clients in achieving their business goals through effective financial management. He also takes an active role in training TaxCoach employees, sharing his extensive knowledge and professional experience with the team.

For over 20 years, he has gained experience in international organizations, supporting the dynamic development of finance and accounting structures as well as entire organizations. He has worked for companies including OLX Group and Segro, contributing to the scaling of teams and processes in high-growth environments.

He specializes in building and developing Shared Services Centers (SSC) as well as optimizing finance and accounting processes. He was responsible for establishing the OLX Group SSC in Poznań from the ground up and for migrating finance and accounting processes for 7 countries, successfully improving the organization’s operational efficiency. He has extensive project experience, having served as a Project Manager and leader in company merger processes within the OLX Group, as well as participating in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across group companies. He has been involved in numerous finance, accounting, and tax projects, combining operational expertise with a strong understanding of business needs. He places great importance on building strong teams and creating an effective, collaborative work environment. He has actively participated in employee engagement initiatives, supporting the development of organizational culture and cooperation across different levels of the organization.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Audit and Investment and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

He has been with TaxCoach since 2021. Since November 2024, he has served as an Accounting Team Leader, responsible for organizing the team’s work and supporting clients in ongoing accounting and tax processes. He specializes in working with companies from the e-commerce, IT, software house, marketing agency, real estate development, transport services, and gastronomy sectors. In his daily work, he combines accounting and finance expertise with a practical understanding of different business models, helping clients ensure efficient and secure accounting operations.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, where he studied Finance. He further developed his expertise through postgraduate studies in Accounting and Corporate Finance. He holds an Accounting Specialist certificate issued by the Accountants Association in Poland and is currently working toward the international ACCA qualification.

At TaxCoach, he serves as Deputy Accounting Team Leader, combining strong technical expertise with organizational skills. He is also the accounting manager for key clients from the manufacturing sector, supporting them in their ongoing accounting, tax, and reporting processes. He specializes in comprehensive accounting services for manufacturing companies. His responsibilities include preparing tax returns, financial statements, and reports for Statistics Poland. He has also participated in projects involving the development of charts of accounts, accounting policies, accounting schemes, annual budgets, and the calculation of production costs for finished goods. He regularly develops his professional expertise by taking part in accounting and tax training courses, including topics such as withholding tax, Estonian CIT, and CIT reliefs and tax incentives.

A graduate of WSB Merito University in Poznań, where he completed a degree in Finance and Accounting. He has been working in the accounting industry for over 5 years, gaining experience in supporting companies with a wide range of business profiles.

He has been working at TaxCoach since June 2025, and since April 2026 he has served as Deputy Accounting Team Leader. In this role, he supports the organization of the team’s work and the day-to-day service of clients, ensuring smooth communication and the accuracy of accounting processes. He specializes in supporting companies from the e-commerce and service sectors. In his daily work, he particularly values the opportunity to make a real contribution to his clients’ business success, viewing accounting not only as a formal obligation but also as an important tool for supporting informed business decisions.

She has been working in the accounting industry since 2018. In her role, she provides comprehensive support to clients from various sectors, assisting them with both ongoing settlements and the proper organization of accounting processes.

She specializes in supporting companies from the e-commerce, trade, IT, software house, marketing agency, construction services, transport, consulting, and freelance sectors. Thanks to her experience with various business models, she is able to tailor accounting services to the specific nature of each client’s business and their current needs. She holds an Accounting Specialist certificate issued by the Accountants Association in Poland. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting with a specialization in Corporate Finance. In her daily work, she also uses her knowledge of the Comarch Optima system, which supports efficient and well-organized accounting processes.
