Liquidation plan and application to CEIDG

We determine the stages of liquidation and prepare the data necessary to submit the application for deregistration in CEIDG.

Closing the business and tax settlements

We help prepare the liquidation inventory, value assets and close all tax matters, including final tax returns.

Completion of formalities

We support you in deregistering from ZUS and the Tax Office. We assist in organizing HR and accounting documents and proper archiving.

Liquidation report and deletion from KRS

At the end, we prepare the liquidation report and a complete set of documents needed to submit an application for deletion from KRS. After approval, the company formally ceases to exist, and we provide you with the full documentation for archiving.
