An experienced expert in managing HR and payroll processes, combining specialist knowledge with managerial skills.

 

In her daily work, she coordinates a team of specialists, optimises processes through the implementation of modern technological solutions and ensures smooth communication between the HR and payroll department, other TaxCoach teams and external institutions.

 

She oversees full HR and payroll services, including salary calculations, benefit settlements, employee documentation and preparation of declarations for public institutions.

Miłosz Baranowski

CEO

He graduated in Corporate Finance from WSB Merito University in Poznań and completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at Poznań University of Technology.

After his studies, he gained experience in corporate banking, sales and accounting. Since 2012, he has run his own business and serves as CFO, supporting business owners and management teams in improving financial and organizational processes.

At TaxCoach, he is responsible for developing and optimizing processes, recruiting key employees and eliminating so-called “bottlenecks” within the organizational structure.

By combining CFO-level expertise, project management knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP system configuration, he effectively enhances the performance of accounting teams, implements modern controlling solutions and optimizes financial processes.

Krzysztof Mrugalski

Chief Operating Officer

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the TaxCoach accounting firm.

He holds a Master’s degree in Commodity Science from the Poznań University of Economics and a degree in Production Management and Engineering from Poznań University of Technology.

He began his professional career as a consultant and implementer of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, and as an auditor of these standards in companies and local government units. He also served as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Education Quality and cooperated with business in one of the higher education institutions.

For years, he has actively supported the SME sector, providing comprehensive accounting and business advisory services.

At TaxCoach, he is responsible for operational strategy development, process optimization and service scaling, adapting them to dynamically changing market conditions.

Marek Borowiak

Director of IT and Process Optimization

A business analyst with extensive experience in data analysis, process automation and operational optimization.

He specializes in SQL, RPA (UiPath), Power BI, PowerApps and Comarch systems, enabling him to effectively streamline business processes and increase organizational efficiency.

A graduate of the European School of Business, he has an in-depth understanding of how companies operate and can combine analytical expertise with modern technologies.

He has gained experience as a process optimization specialist and Head of IT, successfully implementing solutions that improve operational efficiency.

His passion is automation — constantly seeking innovative methods to improve how companies work, helping them achieve better results and make more accurate business decisions.
