Miłosz Baranowski

CEO

Graduate in Corporate Finance from WSB Merito University in Poznań and postgraduate studies in Project Management at Poznań University of Technology.

He gained experience in corporate banking, sales and accounting. Since 2012, he has served as CFO, supporting business owners and management boards in building effective financial and organisational processes.

At TaxCoach, he is responsible for creating and optimising processes, selecting key employees and identifying so-called “bottlenecks.”

By combining CFO expertise, project management knowledge and ERP system configuration skills, he systematically improves the quality and efficiency of accounting departments by implementing modern controlling solutions and optimising financial processes.

Krzysztof Mrugalski

Chief Operating Officer

Master’s degree in Commodity Science from the Poznań University of Economics and graduate of Engineering Management at Poznań University of Technology.

After graduation, he gained experience as a consultant and implementer of quality management systems (including ISO 9001) and as an auditor of these systems in local government entities. He also served as the Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Education Quality and collaborated with businesses at one of the universities.

For years, he has supported the SME sector by providing comprehensive accounting and business advisory services.

At TaxCoach, he oversees operational strategy development, process optimisation and service scalability, adapting them to dynamically changing market needs.

Marek Borowiak

Director of Technology

Experienced business analyst specialising in data analysis, process automation and operational optimisation.

He has strong expertise in SQL, RPA (UiPath), Power BI, PowerApps and Comarch systems.

Thanks to his education at the European School of Business, he understands business processes, improves and optimises them using analytical and technological skills.
