He held key roles including chief accountant, finance director and CEO, gaining deep insight into financial management across organisations of various sizes and industries.
He specialises in designing and implementing modern financial solutions, including ERP-based production cost accounting systems, electronic document workflow and reporting compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards.
A former member of the Accountants Association in Poland and academic lecturer, he now supports TaxCoach clients in optimising financial management and achieving business objectives. He is actively involved in developing the TaxCoach team and sharing his knowledge and experience.
Miłosz Baranowski

Graduate of Finance and Accounting at WSB Merito University in Poznań and postgraduate studies in project management at Poznań University of Technology.
He gained experience in corporate banking, sales and accounting. Since 2012, he has run his own business and served as CFO, supporting company owners and management teams in improving financial and organisational processes.
At TaxCoach, he is responsible for development and optimisation of processes, recruitment of key employees and elimination of “bottlenecks” within the organisational structure.
By combining CFO expertise, project management skills and ERP configuration knowledge, he streamlines accounting teams and implements modern controlling solutions while optimising financial processes.
