TaxCoach had the great pleasure of taking part in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 competition. The competition has been organised in Poland by EY since 2003, while globally it has been held since 1986 and now involves nearly 60 countries.
When selecting the winners, the judges consider factors such as entrepreneurship, strategy, international activity, innovation, as well as relationships with employees and the wider business environment. What makes this initiative particularly important is that the award recognises not the company itself, but the individual behind it – a person with vision.
At the beginning of March 2023, the EY Final Gala was held at the Służewiec Racecourse in Warsaw, where winners were selected in five categories. TaxCoach was represented at the event by Miłosz Baranowski and his wife. The Entrepreneur of the Year title also gives the winner the opportunity to represent Poland internationally at the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year final in Monte Carlo.
