What does the Comarch HRM implementation process look like?

The process is simple and largely based on data you already have in Optima.

Preparing data in Comarch ERP Optima

The HR & Payroll module must be implemented and employee data completed. We help verify employee records and organisational structure.

Purchase and activation of the HRM service

After receiving your domain, we configure the HRM service, add operators and set up email addresses for notifications.

First login and initial tests

We organise an online meeting or provide first-login instructions. Selected users test basic functions: submitting requests, viewing data and manager approvals.

Workflow configuration tailored to your company

Based on test results, we adjust approval paths, permissions, views and notifications to reflect real responsibilities within your organisation.

Go-live and post-implementation support

After launch, the system synchronises with Optima, eliminating the need to create employee records again. The system is intuitive, so further configuration focuses mainly on answering user questions. If needed, we provide additional training or expand configuration.
