Miłosz Baranowski

CEO

Graduate of Finance at WSB Merito University in Poznań and postgraduate studies in project management at Poznań University of Technology.

He gained professional experience in the corporate banking, sales, and accounting sectors. Since 2012, he has run his own business and served as CFO, supporting company owners and management staff in improving financial and organizational processes.

At TaxCoach, he is responsible for development and optimization of procedures, recruitment of key employees, and eliminating bottlenecks in the organizational structure.

He combines CFO expertise, project management knowledge, and practical skills in HR system configuration, effectively improving accounting team performance and implementing modern controlling solutions to optimize financial processes.

Graduate of Management at the Poznań University of Economics and Business and Engineering Management at Poznań University of Technology.

He began his career in quality management implementation, including ISO 9001, also acting as an auditor of these standards in enterprises and local government units. He also served as a quality representative and quality management lecturer at one of the higher education institutions.
