For over 20 years, he has gained experience in listed companies and organisations that are leaders in their industries, including Impexmetal SA, Neuca, Piotr i Paweł and Kaczmarek Electric.
He has held the positions of Chief Accountant, CFO and CEO, giving him a deep understanding of financial management challenges across various industries and business scales.
He specialises in implementing modern financial management tools, cost accounting systems integrated with ERP, electronic document workflows and reporting compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
He is a former board member of the Accountants Association in Poland and a lecturer. Today, he supports TaxCoach clients in optimising financial management and achieving business goals, while also developing the team by sharing his practical expertise.

Chief Financial Officer
For over 20 years, he has gained experience in international organisations, supporting the dynamic development of financial and accounting structures across entire organisations. He has worked, among others, for DHL Group and Segro, participating in scaling teams and processes in rapidly growing structures.
He specialises in building and developing Shared Service Centres (SSC) and optimising financial and accounting processes. He managed SSC structures of GSK in Poznań, overseeing process migration in financial and accounting areas to seven countries, successfully increasing operational efficiency.
He holds extensive experience in large M&A projects, having participated in acquisition processes in Poland and the UK, as well as in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA systems for large capital groups. He combines operational expertise with a deep understanding of business needs.
Miłosz Baranowski

A graduate in corporate finance from WSB Merito University in Poznań and postgraduate studies at Poznań University of Technology.
He gained professional experience in corporate banking, sales and accounting. Since 2012, he has been an entrepreneur and CFO, supporting business owners in managing and effectively growing financial organisations.
At TaxCoach, he is responsible for designing and optimising processes, selecting key employees and identifying so-called bottlenecks.
By combining CFO competencies, project management expertise and ERP system configuration skills, he systematically improves the quality and efficiency of accounting departments by implementing and optimising controlling processes.
