What does due diligence at TaxCoach include?

Financial due diligence

Over more than 20 years of professional career, he has gained extensive experience in prestigious listed companies and large enterprises with a stable market position, such as Impexmetal SA, Neuca, Piotr i Paweł and Kaczmarek Electric. He has served as Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer and CEO, which allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of various financial management models across different industries and legal forms.
