MT940 statement – how do you download it from mBank?
Looking for a way to download an MT940 statement from mBank? Here is a practical guide – follow these instructions to download the statement file quickly and easily.
All you need is a device with internet access – open your mBank business account and follow the instructions.

Instructions for the image:
- Sign in to the mBank system.
- Select “Payments” -> “History” -> “MT940 Report”.
- Click “Enable MT940 Report”.
- Select the period (7 days, the last 3 months or a custom period – choose the period you need).
- Download the statement.
Important – mBank customers are required to pay a monthly fee of PLN 50 net to activate and use the MT940 statement download service.
As you can see, activating the service and downloading an MT940 statement from mBank is very straightforward and takes just a few steps. In a few moments you can obtain the statement and send it to your accounting office.
